Information for build 44.2.25 · Updated 21 September 2026 · English edition
Is a Demo account really free?
Yes. Sign up to access Demo practice without a top-up. Demo credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
What does a Live top-up buy?
Platform credits for a simulated options challenge. You are not buying the underlying asset or an exchange-listed option, and this is not a brokerage deposit. Read the full product explanation.
Does Live mean my trades go to an exchange?
No. Live is the name of the paid challenge. Both account modes use the platform’s modeled options and settlement rules.
How much do I have to pay?
A new cycle starts with a one-off $1–$10 payment. There is no automatic subscription renewal. During an active cycle you can top up another $1–$10 only when Live balance is below $5, so repeated payments can exceed $10 in total.
When do paid credits arrive?
After your payment is confirmed and recorded. If you were charged but see no credits, send support your account email and payment reference before paying again.
How do I pass Stage 1?
Reach at least $50 with all Live positions closed to request a payout. The amount is your cycle’s opening payment plus any balance above $50. A $10 opening payment and $58 balance produce an $18 payout.
What happens at $100?
At equity of $100 or more in an active Stage 1 cycle, Stage 2 starts automatically and a one-time $50 house credit is added. You cannot return to Stage 1 within that cycle.
How much can Stage 2 pay?
Reach at least $400 with positions closed. Payout equals your opening payment plus a $50 bonus plus the balance above $400, capped at $350 total. With a $10 opening payment, $400 qualifies for $60; $690 reaches the $350 cap.
Are extra top-ups refunded in the payout formula?
The formula uses the opening payment for the cycle. Later low-balance top-ups add credits but do not increase that opening-payment component. Billing refunds and statutory rights are separate.
What changes when I submit a payout?
Successful submission immediately ends the current cycle and resets Live capital to $0, before payment is reviewed. A new opening payment starts a new Stage 1 cycle. Rejection does not automatically restore the old cycle.
Which payout methods are available?
Revolut username, Wise username, PayPal email, IBAN bank transfer, crypto wallet and network, and Western Union. These are preferences for manual fulfilment, subject to provider and country availability.
How long do payouts and support replies take?
Both are handled manually in the pilot. No fixed response, review, or transfer deadline is currently promised. Check request history and contact support with your reference for an update. Legal deadlines still apply where required.
Do you collect ID if formal KYC is not active?
Yes. The payout form requests an identity document, contact information, and a destination for manual review. An automated KYC provider is not active. Read the Privacy notice before uploading.
Can I upload an ID from my phone?
Yes. The withdrawal form offers a file upload and a camera option on compatible phones. Only send the requested document; never include payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
Can I cancel or request a refund without passing?
Yes, you can raise a refund or billing complaint without passing. Approval depends on the transaction and applicable rights; a trading loss is not itself an automatic refund entitlement. See cancellation and refund terms.
Why do buy and sell prices differ?
Buys execute at ask and sells at bid. Their difference is the spread. A displayed midpoint is not necessarily executable, and modeled prices can change before an order is accepted.
Does reserved collateral cap my loss?
No. A short loss can exceed both the premium and the reservation and can make the displayed balance negative. A high win rate does not remove that risk. See risk disclosures.
Why was my order rejected or trade voided?
A round may have changed, capital may be insufficient, a market may be closed, or a price-protection control may be active. Preserve the trade reference and timestamp and contact support if you disagree with the result.
Can I withdraw Demo gains or the full Live balance?
Demo gains cannot be withdrawn. Live payouts follow the challenge formula, thresholds, cap, and manual review; the displayed balance is not an unrestricted cash wallet.
Who founded the platform and how do I contact you?
Raslan Rassalan, a trader and IT network service provider engineer. Email support@bullbearfunded.com. See About and business information for the supplied Prague address and outstanding operator details.
