Creating an account includes access to Demo practice without a top-up. Demo uses virtual credits to explore the available markets, timeframes, calls, puts, buying, and selling. Demo credits, balances, and gains have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

The optional paid product

A Live top-up purchases platform challenge credits for a simulated options evaluation. A successful USD payment is credited to your Live challenge balance at the same numerical USD amount. A new cycle starts with a $1–$10 payment; additional $1–$10 top-ups are permitted during an active cycle only when the Live balance is below $5.

• Access to the challenge’s modeled option trades and recorded trade history.
• Participation in the two-stage challenge under its published objectives.
• Eligibility to request a calculated payout if you meet the applicable rules, subject to manual review.

The top-up is a one-off purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Review the exact amount and any charges shown at Checkout before confirming. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges.

What the payment does not buy

• No ownership of Bitcoin, shares, metals, currencies, or exchange-listed option contracts.
• No brokerage deposit, custody account, guaranteed investment return, or entitlement to withdraw the entire displayed challenge balance.
• No employment contract, guaranteed funded brokerage account, or guarantee that you will pass.
• No automatic right to recover every top-up after trading losses.

A challenge’s opening payment is included in its eligible payout formula. Additional low-balance top-ups add trading credits but do not increase the opening-payment component of that formula.

Delivery and payment problems

Payment processing takes place through Stripe Checkout. Credits appear after payment confirmation is received and recorded; returning to the site alone is not proof that crediting is complete. If you were charged but credits are missing, contact support with the payment reference and account email before paying again.

A cancelled or unsuccessful payment should not create challenge credits. Contact support about duplicate charges, a service problem, or a cancellation request. Refund requests are separate from challenge payouts; applicable consumer rights are preserved in our refund and cancellation terms.
