Payout process
An eligible challenge result starts a manual request. It is not an instant withdrawal of the whole account balance.
Information for build 44.2.25 · Updated 21 September 2026 · English edition
1. Reach the goal and close your positions
Stage 1 starts with a $1–$10 opening payment. Reach a closed-position balance of at least $50. If equity reaches $100 or more during an active Stage 1 cycle, the platform automatically enters Stage 2 and adds a one-time $50 house credit. Stage 2 requires a closed-position balance of at least $400.
You cannot return to Stage 1 within the same cycle. Close all Live positions before submitting a request. The Withdraw page shows the calculated amount and current eligibility.
2. Understand the amount
Here, “opening payment” means the initial payment for that cycle, not the sum of later top-ups.
With a $10 opening payment: a $50 eligible balance gives a $10 payout; a $58 balance gives an $18 payout.
With a $10 opening payment: a $400 eligible balance gives a $60 payout; a $690 balance reaches the $350 total payout cap. The $50 bonus is included in that cap.
3. Submit your request
Provide your name, date of birth, email, telephone, address, country, ID document type and document, and your preferred payment destination. The form accepts an ID upload or a phone camera photo. Read the Privacy notice before uploading.
Available destination choices are Revolut username, Wise username, PayPal email, bank transfer / IBAN, crypto wallet and network, and Western Union. These are manual fulfilment choices, not a promise of automatic integrations. Availability depends on the destination, provider, and country.
Never provide a card number, CVV, bank password, crypto private key, or seed phrase. Any approved return of an original Stripe payment is handled separately against the existing payment record.
Submitting closes your cycle immediately
A successful request submission closes the current cycle and resets Live capital to $0, before the review or payment is complete. A new verified $1–$10 opening payment starts a new Stage 1 cycle. The threshold balance is not transferred to your destination.
A rejected request does not automatically reopen the previous cycle. Contact support if you dispute the decision or believe a correction is necessary.
4. Manual review and transfer
The finance team reviews the payment record, challenge eligibility, identity information, and destination. The request may move from requested to processing, then paid or rejected. Check the request history on the Withdraw page. Email updates depend on successful delivery; contact support if an update is missing.
Support may need clarification before completing the review. No fixed review deadline, instant payment, or guaranteed arrival date is promised during the pilot. Review time and the payment provider’s transfer time are separate. Ask support to confirm the method, currency, any transfer charges, and expected timing before fulfilment.
For a rejection or delayed request, provide its reference and ask for the reason or a review. A successful submission or notification is not proof that a transfer has been made.
