Terms of use and challenge purchases

Service terms for free Demo practice and optional paid challenge credits. Updated 21 September 2026.

Information for build 44.2.25 · Updated 21 September 2026 · English edition

1. Service and operator information

Bull&Bear Funded is a brand providing modeled options simulation and a paid evaluation challenge. The founder is Raslan Rassalan. The supplied business address is Soukalova, 143 00 Praha 12, Czech Republic. Contact: support@bullbearfunded.com.

The complete legal operator identity, legal form, registration details, business telephone number, and building number have not yet been published. Confirm the contracting party with support before purchasing. These terms do not represent a claim that a company or regulated financial institution has been registered.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Use accurate account information and keep your credentials private. Paid challenge participation and payout requests are intended for people aged 18 or over where the service is permitted. A country appearing in a form, or the website being accessible, does not guarantee eligibility or payment-provider availability.

Demo is free practice with virtual credits. Demo balances and profits cannot be withdrawn. Live refers to the paid simulation challenge, not an exchange brokerage account. Read the product explanation before making a payment.

3. Purchases and delivery

You choose a one-off USD top-up amount in Checkout. A verified payment adds the corresponding challenge credits. No automatic subscription renewal is included. Check the total displayed before confirming, including any applicable charges; external providers may apply conversion charges.

A new cycle starts with $1–$10. In an active cycle, further $1–$10 top-ups are allowed only when the Live balance is below $5. They do not restart the cycle, reset its statistics, or enlarge its opening-payment component. Credits are provided after payment confirmation is recorded.

4. Challenge objectives and payout calculation

Stage 1 requires a closed-position balance of at least $50. Its payout is the opening payment plus the amount above $50. At equity of $100 or more in an active Stage 1 cycle, Stage 2 starts automatically with a one-time $50 house credit.

Stage 2 requires a closed-position balance of at least $400. Its payout is the opening payment plus a $50 bonus plus the amount above $400, capped at $350 in total. The bonus is included within the cap. No return to Stage 1 occurs within the same cycle.

All Live positions must be closed before a payout request. Successful submission immediately closes the cycle and resets Live capital to $0. A new verified payment begins a new Stage 1 cycle. Threshold capital is not paid out. A failed cycle with no open positions and equity at or below zero also resets under the platform’s rules.

Requests are reviewed manually. Destination availability, accurate identity details, and valid challenge records matter. The Rules and Payout process provide examples and the available methods. A request or confirmation email is not proof of payment.

5. Trading and acceptable use

Quotes and settlements are modeled, with spreads and configured floors and caps. Purchases can lose their premium. Short losses can exceed reserved collateral and make a displayed balance negative. The platform does not promise that a reservation covers the maximum loss. Read the Risk disclosure.

Do not impersonate another user, submit false payment or identity details, compromise accounts, interfere with the service, or deliberately manipulate a technical fault. Report suspected errors with their references. Security restrictions or payment checks may interrupt access; use support to request review of a disputed result or restriction.

6. Cancellation, billing problems, and refunds

Contact support or select “Refund request” in the contact form, giving your account email, payment date, amount, and reference. State whether you are cancelling a purchase or reporting an incorrect, duplicate, unauthorized, or uncredited charge. Do not send full card details.

A challenge payout is different from a purchase refund. A trading loss does not itself establish a refund entitlement, but passing the challenge is not a condition for raising a billing dispute or exercising statutory rights.

Where applicable to your contract, EU distance-contract withdrawal rights generally allow cancellation within 14 days of concluding a service contract, subject to legal exceptions. These terms do not treat a top-up or use of the site alone as a blanket waiver of those rights. Any lawful exception, consent requirement, or amount payable for service already supplied must be assessed for the actual transaction. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

If a refund is approved, support handles it against the original payment record where available. The processor or bank controls subsequent arrival time. See official EU withdrawal guidance.

7. Availability, support, and disputes

The service is in pilot development. Interruptions, stale quotes, rejected orders, and manual payment delays can occur. There is no guaranteed trading outcome, continuous availability, or fixed support or payout turnaround time. Report suspected errors promptly; preserve relevant records.

Contact support first for a complaint or a request to review a payout decision. These terms do not restrict mandatory rights to seek assistance from an applicable consumer authority or competent court. No exclusive dispute forum or waiver of statutory protection is imposed here.

8. Privacy and changes

The Privacy notice explains the information used for accounts, payments, support, and manual payout review. Save the terms and payment confirmation applicable to your purchase. Material changes should be communicated before they apply; a later page update should not be taken as evidence that an earlier purchase had different terms.

For questions about these terms or the missing operator details, contact support before purchasing.
